Mille Crêpes Cake
So for no real reason, I decided to make this:
Like, literally I woke up one day and was like, man, I really wanna make something. Specifically, a cake made out of a million crepes. Because every time I'm treated to a slice, it's always super delicious. I've made crepes before, no big deal, set about getting ingredients for the pastry creme part. Started making it... Shit takes 2 days! And then making 20+ crepes takes like, 2 hours, then the layering part- no wonder why these cakes cost like, $65, this is labor intensive. I almost didn't even wanna eat it afterwards because of that feeling of just wanting to walk away for a while after you finish something. Take a walk or something.
But I did [eat it]. And it was amazing.
Good job, me! Probably not gonna make it again for a long time...
