Walk in the park - Strange Days, Day 3
For a day, a night and another day
the animals kept a vigil where they last saw their friends.
When suddenly there was whirr and a shudder
And there they were.
They were happy to be home and everyone was so happy for them to be back Zebra even let herself be sat on!
Their ruckus drew attention.
Rhyannon: Honey!
Rhy: Thank goodness you’re home, but where have you been???
Honeysuckle: Well … we went out for a walk … and got a little
lost.
We were a bit frightened
but we found some friends.
They let us spend the night at their place
And helped us get home.
Rhy: I was so worried. Promise me you’ll not wander off like that again?
Honey: I promise. *under her breath* next time we take guns.
