People Can Be Real Jerks...
Man, people can be so rude at times! I'm waiting for my ride after playing in band for a football team, and I am really tired and want to go home. Well the opposing team's band's bus passes by and sees me. And half the people on that bus began to shout things at me saying that their band was better and that I was stupid standing there and many other things I did not catch and probably did not want to catch. Of course I held my tongue. What was I supposed to do? Run after a bus screaming things back to them in Korean? I don't think so. And yes, they might think they are good, but during the game we could hear so many mistakes in their playing while we sat all the way across the field. And they didn't even march on the field either! So what are tehy talking about? That was just stupid of them.
Later on a car passed by and they too saw me as my school's band member. One person stuck their head out of the car and shouted out loud and held up a peace/victory sign, "YEAH! GO CHS BAND! WHOO!~ YEAH!" So to be polite, I waved. I dind't know what to do. First time I've heard anything like that directed towards me. *shrugs*
Then the policeman there who was standing a few feet away from me did nothing except smoke a cigarrette and tell traffic not to go a certain way. And even before most of the people left, he left. What kind of traffic director is that? And also while waiting, I saw four of my teachers leave and ask me if I needed a ride. This shows I really do need to start driving on my own soon. >.
