In my first semester as a high school junior Jesse Zito leant me a copy of Napalm and Silly Puddy. Next to The Autobiography of Malcolm X it was the most thought provoking book I’d ever read. He was one of the first sources of ideas that helped me break away from the traditional thought that'd guided me as a child. I got to see him live in May 2005 when he was on the road with his Life Is Worth Losing material, it was great. It's too bad he won't be able to share any new thoughts and ideas with us to keep ourselves in check.
