Oh, wow, I love these! This is some of the most beautiful TCE fanart I've seen! I'm, um, kinda flustered, actually. XD Um, wow, thank you so much! (Wizzard is away for a couple days. The first thing I'm going to hit her with when she gets back is "YOU HAVE TO LOOK AT THIS NOW." To which I imagine her response will be "Yeah, my operation went fine, asshole.")

Okay, um, thoughts, thoughts, right. The first two are pretty much perfect summaries of the first two TCE fics, and I'm still laughing over it. XD Especially Russia in the second one. He's just all "God, have a drink and shut up." And the CLOTHING. The clothing is BEAUTIFUL. I would totally love to see the references, if you don't mind...? I'm just really curious! America looks great, too, but Russia looks incredible. Especially in the first one. For some reason the scarf/cravat combo really does it for me ( ... )

Actually, reading the series over again, I was really inspired to draw fem!Russia. Yeah. Uh. Well. B-but Marco Polo and the ideal Russian beauty and then buffalo hunting in that dress and America being all "aajhf;ljkgl--" with Russia on the horse and and being BA with that gun, and what is this, i don't even know

Okay. Okay. Few things to say, here.

First of all, there is nothing wrong with Fem!Russia. Nothing. In fact, if I could change the gender of one Hetalia character, for real? It'd be Russia. COME ON! Russia's the Motherland! And there's that whole groovy theory about how communism is actually a matriarchal system! I love the character, obviously, but he'd be such an amazing girl I can hardly bear it.

Oh well. (There's some incredible fan art of Fem!Russia out there, and I think I have...uh...all of it.)

Second of all, your attention to detail and the extent of your research for these pictures is making me ♥ so hard. I, like...I don't even know. Maybe there's some kind of chemical disorder in the brain that transports me with happiness over period appropriate men's fashion plates and learning what a samovar is, but in the absence of any sophisticated neurological examination, all I can say is that I find this completely admirable. Also, that gala ceremonial uniform is gorgeous, oh my God.

Oh, God, these are glorious.

I'm going to try not to keyboardsmash all over this comment. XD Okay, I have thoughts. List? I think so.

1) Russia's clothes. Good Lord, woman, they're brilliant! The level of detail is almost mind-boggling. And and and the cravat/scarf combination he's rocking? I think I'm in love.

2) America is so small, and I absolutely love that. It's easy to forget (A) just how young he is at this point, and (B) how freaking huge Russia always is. Also, the Catherine wine glasses! I...just...there are no words. ♥

3) That little sound you just heard was my heart melting from joy. Yes.

4) I want this on a shirt. Like, now. Pyrrhic and I just want these idiots to realize how good they have it together.
