Weekly Update 7.8
A little bit late, as usual.
1. Sick - I am an advertisement for Nyquil right now. Sniffling, Sneezing, Coughing, Aching, Stuffy Head, Fever, Chills... overall blech.
2. Music - week eight - And the award goes to - Tori Amos for Boys for Pele. Previously, Tori Amos had won this category with Little Earthquakes, but that was many years ago and I had been wanting more stuff by her to listen to.
3. TV - I watched all of the oscars and then I saw Jimmy Kimmel's "I'm fucking Ben Affleck" afterwards. Funny. I enjoyed the oscars and feel like I really need to see Joel and Ethan Coen's No Country for Old Men. I generally like the two of them since I first saw Blood Simple and Raising Arizona all of those years ago.
4. Gaming - Last week, played 1835 on the weekend, it is the german version of 18XX. Played pretty well with three players, but took too long. Played Vegas Showdown. Fun with four players, but I got the hell beat out of me with my own game.
