I gained weight. Danggg.
I aim to go on a eat healthy week starting on Sunday! So bascially...
- No fried food
- No snacks & junk food
- No baked goods, sugary stuff, cookies etc
- No sodas, carbonated drinks, ice-lemon teas
- Cut down on bubble teas & desserts!!!
- Eat one small meal (lunch) & a bigger meal (dinner)
- Daily Calorie intake: 600 calories
- Eat loads of fruits, vegs (broccoli, carrots, lettuce), fish, eggs
- Allow: 1 vanilla cone & 1 GAGT once per week
- Exercise thrice a week (at least 30mins, 5km per run)
- Strength training

LOSE 2 KG!
To be 44kg by End of May!!!
