just found out that Square-Enix is making a sequal to FF VII. it will be called Dirge of Cerberus. and it stars Vincent. but thats cool because Vincents a pimp. lol anyway just thought I'd share

Also making Advent Children and Crisis Core. Advent Children is a movie though.

why are they making so many ff7 spin offs? it just seems odd. like why that one why not 6 or 3 or even 8? just a thought.

They aren't spin offs, they are sequels. AC is set 1 1/2 years after FF7, Dirge is set 2 years, I think, and Crisis Core is 3 years.... I think. Lol. Seth would know more.

And my guess would be cause FF7 was popular, and they like popular cause that means money.

Bingo... granted I think Dirge of Cerebus and Advent Children will both rock, it is because of the popularity factor most likely. And I also think it is because 7 probably had the most open ending.
