"I can't stand without you, and I won't find the answers when you're gone..."

Sooo, I've been back from Harlingen, Texas [with a side of Slidell, Louisiana] since late Friday. Not much to say...God damn, that's a long trip, for one. We left on the Thursday, stopped in Slidell seven or so hours later, stayed the night, got up the next morning and drove eleven mooore hours to Harlingen. Allll the way down there at the bottom of Texas. All I can say is it's slightly better than the rest of Texas 'cause it's not desert.

Didn't do much, really...my parents stayed at a hotel and I slept in Jo and Tato's living room [with the exception of that first night when my parents did too, and I had my headphones on ><], so I had a little more sibling bonding time [that includes Tato 'cause he's like a brother, always teasing]. I watched Juno for the first time, finally, with my sister [I enjoyed it...Jo made muffins, too :D]...I got to fly my kite! It's surprisingly windy down there. And jeez, my mom's solution to anything - eat or shop, heh. So we did, went several places just 'cause. [We saw these little Wall-e kids shoes, and me and my sister were like awwwwwwww...I said she should just buy them, any size, and keep them for when her future kid eventually fit them, haha]. I bought Guitar Hero for the DS [pretty crazy], and so I did some of that - I let my sister have it a lot of the time 'cause I knew she wouldn't have it later and I would...jeez, it's so hard to brace yourself right and it's not comfortable, but I do like it, haha. I also bought this crazy movie called What Dreams May Come with Robin Williams that I watched and liked when I was younger, and it stuck with me. It's...crazy and sad and...yeah. Heh.

Other than that...we went and watched Jo and Tato play softball. Tato is amazing, haha [he'd never played it before in his life prior to this team], running all over the place and whacking the ball [he hit a home run], and my sister was pathetic 'cause she dropped a knife on her foot and cut it and it was still hurting. She was hopping, haha. But jeez, people on that team sucked, heheh [they lost like, 27 to 1], and combined with Oofuri made me want to play some ball again. My dad and I were like, I should go in there, jeezus. I haven't played in years, but at least I could at one time play, haha. I think my dad actually said, "but you have skills," hahaha.

But yeah. I enjoyed spending time with them. I heart my Binky. It's still so weird to hear her babbling in Spanish, haha, and sometimes when she speaks she has a Spanish inflection/kind of an accent, which is amusing. But she's still Binky. <3 And Tato...he just fits right in, so it's all good.

After we left [eleven more hours ><], we ended up getting to Louisiana and cutting things short by a day or so, so I was happy. We were able to get CC out Saturday instead of waiting till Monday, and I'm just glad to be home...too much traveling [the actual process sucks], too long. And now I have a bit over two weeks and I'm going to California o.o then a bit over two weeks and I'm going to start college. It's kind of crazy.

BWAP.
