There was this post apocalyptic show that aired on Nickelodeon in the 90's
Sometimes around the same time as Space cases.
and it was about a bunch of teens decked out in Mad Max Style gear, and they like surf-sailed across the desert wastes of the world!
Only ran for like a month or so, A Mini-Series
