Little Update on Z
Zayus is going to jail today. For only 10 days which is a far cry from the 70 that they origonally proposed. They dropped one child endangerment charge fully. Gave him a years probation for the other. And gave him 10 days in jail for the bongs and such. The judge seemed to be confused on why they were pushing for the 10 days on the drug charges. But she seemed really pleased when she talked to me and even more pleased that Z seemed so remorseful. All in all its ok. Unfortunatly Z will be spending his 30th birthday in the pokie. Everyone should think really hard about him on that day and maybe he will feel the good wishes from the inside. I dont think he will be in long enough to become someone's bitch. On a side note because the jails here are so overpacked and Z is well a large man, when he gets to jail if its going to be too much trouble to house him cloth him and whatnot they may just let him go. The judge sends him to jail but the jail gets to say whether or not he actually stays. I am hoping that his fat frees him. So thats the deal. He will be home well before Christmas. I think me and Joshie owe him one kick ass gift. Any ideas?
