breakfast:
low-sodium v8
ww toast w/butter and jelly
water

latte w/skim

snack:
pb nature valley
vitamin water

lunch:
burrito w/grilled veggies and pinto beans

snack:
mocha drink w/soy
grapes
pear

dinner:
1/2 pita w/hummus
1 cup brown rice
1 chicken breast w/indian masala sauce
shit load of asparagas (my pee stinks)

biggest accomplishment:
walking by the cookies and the chocolate bars

yes, i'm back....need to keep track of things somewhere.....
