So last night, when I get to work I meet my new supervisor. First, let me tell you that he is brand fucking new. Just out of training for sups and he took the spot that I was going to get if they didn't think that I was too honest; (I took a test for the company to see if "I had what it took to become a supervisor, apparently I didn't). Anyway, my full-time supervisor is on vacation this week, so the person who is filling in for him introduced me to my new sup. He looks like hes just starting to shave. So after being introduced this kid says to me, "...so, you're the best, huh...cool. I'm gonna need a lot of help..." The full-timer says, "hey, Joe, I've got to check on a few things. Why don't you show [name deleted] how to do this, (refering to his whole job). Thanks." and then ran off. So why is it that I'm good enough to train new supervisors, yet I'm not good enough to actually supervise? What the fuck is wrong with these people?
