A few days ago, babysitter made ovaltine for Chiara. She placed the very hot drink on the table while she went to get ice. Chiara took a sip and scalded her tongue. Thank God she didn't spill the hot drink on herself.
That very same day, dinner time, I placed some rice and fish in her dish. she took one bite and open her mouth to show me. I thought her tongue was still hurting. A moment later, she pulled out a fish bone!!!! aaaaaah careless me. Thank God it didn't get stuck in her throat.
Yesterday, babysitter placed Chiara on the toilet and walked off for a moment. Mina and Quinten, not knowing Chiara was inside, turned of the lights and closed the bathroom door. Chiara shouted for me. Yes, she was quite traumatized, cried and is now quite afraid of being alone in the dark. Thank God, she didn't try to climb down and slipped and fell on the wet bathroom floor.
It's a wonder Chiara survived this far.
