Lily moved up the list from #29 in 2009 to #3 this year, passing Kathryn. Kat, who was # 26 last year, moved up 20 spots to #6 this year. The only ladies lovelier than Lily? #1 Olivia Wilde and #2 Kristen Stewart. Sitting between Lily and Kat are Sara Ramirez and Portia de Rossi. Jennifer Beals, Jessica Capshaw, Lena Headey, and Katherine Moennig round out the top ten.
