Really like the idea of challenges and prompts, I've seen them used in over communities when things get a little quiet and it always seems to give everyone a little boost of energy and inspiration :)

i agree. Challanges and promps sounds good!
As most people on here are into the fics, a fic challange would be quite good?
you could either give a still or a line from skins the fic has to be based around and the one with the most comments wins? something like that?

Yeah, if I was to do that, I intended to have it competition style. But I'd probably do a poll instead for the voting.

Since the skins anonymous kink meme basically died, doing something like that might be fun. I also like the idea of challenges and spam posts :) I know most people here are more into the fics but maybe we could have the occasional graphics challenge too, maybe even something like putting silly captions on images.

I didn't realise that had died, that's a bit of a shame. I think at the moment I'm going to go for a spam post and challenge each week, perhaps a kink meme later in the year.

A fic or art project made by the whole comm would be fun, with anyone who wants to contributing a chapter or whatever. Or a contest for a new header, or some other kinda of graphics ( A naomily movie poster contest maybe?)

I'm all for the idea of challenges that aren't all fic related, sometimes I think this place is turning into a fanfic archive lol.
