I had several dreams last night. I don't remember all of them, but there are two that I do:
The first one is me and some other girl in a grimy apartment hallway. Dark red carpet and gray walls. All the doors are locked except for the one at the end. The other girl is panicking while I open it, only to reveal a large room with several wide beds in it. People my age and younger, some children are out cold or dead next to each other under the sheets. There's only one window at the side of room and there's a yellowed shade pulled down over it. As those who were knocked out awaken, they realize that some of them are dead. We're all stuck in this little bit of room and hallway, and we don't know why.
Later, there's a little girl crying because her brother is dead. I take her to a bathroom and try to explain what's happening and that she needs to be tough. The girl I was in the hallway with accosts me and asks what I was doing. I talk to her a bit, and as she runs off into the swampy fog, I turn back to see that the little girl wasn't there in the first place.
The second dream takes place in Whole Foods in Ann Arbor.
Everyone is out to kill one another. While prowling around the produce section, I notice two records sitting atop a pile of peaches. As soon as I cross to inspect them, I'm discovered by my roommate, Bizzi, who acts calm until I get close to her. Then she tries to stab me with a little knife with a black plastic handle. I catch the blade with my hand and shove her backwards onto the floor, then run to the records again. One is a copy of "Two/Three" by Dabrye and another is an unidentifiable Todd Osbourne record. I take the Todd Osbourne clear vinyl record out and break it while thinking, "As much as I'd really love to own these records". I intend to kill her before she does me in, but when it comes down to it, I haven't the heart and run away. I curse myself for not being able to fight when my friend from home, Evan appears. He isn't participating in this game, so I ask him for a handgun. Instead, he gives me a stun gun that shoots black wires out that wrap around the target's neck and electrocute them that way. I thank him and go on my way.
The last thing I remember before waking up is encountering Brad and shooting him with the gun. And veins.
