Whims

Sparshott got into his stride on Thursday! Britishness! He played us "Rule, Britannia" twice and then went on to play "God Save the Queen" by the Sex Pistols before closing with a pathetic, grand, symphonic version of "God Save the Queen". As much as I like his britishness and his being my first and only English professor, he is really growing on me now. Anyway. US History is still unbearably boring in general but having an English professor and a great Hungarian TA somehow makes it sound better.
I feel like jumping from the window straight in the middle of the Homecoming parade - two more chances and I'll be out of the game.
Even in the middle of Evanston, you always know which direction to take to get to downtown Chicago. Just follow the purple cloud and you'll go to the Loop eventually.
I'm devouring Age of Renaissance but I'm not going to Italy this December with my mom, sister, aunt and God knows whom else. I have just rejected this lovely offer out of very trivial reasons, such as not wasting my short holiday in Bulgaria and staying with my dad, who now has a NEW CAR, and would be alone right before Christmas if the rest of the family goes to Rome.
