It feels odd not to be with training staff tonight as they make final decisions.
I am missing out on the fun but also the stress. A mixed blessing.
Not knowing anything about the outcome, I have had no access to information about second half.
I cannot remember when the last time I had such an experience.
Probably not since the year I was absent from the training program as the result of a former training coordinator's decision, when I allowed her to talk me into training just after my dad's death, against my better judgment.
That was about eight years ago. I was excluded from training for an entire year back then. After the lecture, I went to Test Night at Art's. A large number of staff showed up.
I had a lot of fun, despite the noise and the smoke.
Today I finished the novel about Marley, the one-hundred pound yellow lab. I alternately laughed and cried as I finished reading.
Had a good time this afternoon on line with my classmates, as our summer reunion draws nearer, set for mid-July.
