Sprinting will be your friend. At four months, iirc, there will be lots of shortish naps. You won't have hours and hours to just sit down and write, but grab the little moments here and there that you can.

If you have to, dictate to a recorder your partner during feedings. It's good for a baby to hear the sound of your voice, anyway, so why not be productive about it? Brainstorm and plot out loud, run dialogue with yourself and do different voices.

Hopefully all that working it out will help the times you do sit down to write go more smoothly because you know what you're writing next. Hovering over your keyboard as you slowly construct the perfect emotive sentence is a luxury you don't have (among others ;).

Absolutely enlist help. Your partner, your parents, your in-laws, siblings and aunts and uncles. They all want to see the baby anyway, so maybe they'd be willing to push the stroller around the park so you could get a few pages written? Or, leave the baby home with someone and go out to one of your region's meet-ups for a couple hours.
