here is a BOMB ASS RECIPIE for wasabi mashed potatoes:
actually, all you do is get your potatos nice and cooked and then mash them,, ideally using a food mill but however you can mash them is good, dont be lazy get those lumps out.
then, get heavy cream and a stick of unsalted butter and heat together until melted and bubbling-then pour into potatos-mix.
THEN, get a fair amount of wasabi and blend that paste in, like twice or three times as much wasabi as you get with sushi if you are using like, 4 or five potatoes, dont put too much in but be sure to put in enough.
throw in salt and pepper until its seasoned to your liking.
VOILA!
you have delicious and enviable green tinted mashed potatoes, eat them on st patricks day.
