Plagiarism alert!

I know, I know, I haven't been around much lately... RL has been mad busy, and I've been avoiding fic a little bit so as not to distract myself from other important writing deadlines that are coming up, official or set by yours truly! I hope all you flisties are well. <3
However, I wanted to give a heads-up that I've caught wind of someone plagiarizing some of my writing recently. A charming individual who goes by dashboardlite swiped at least one section of my fic "Generals" and passed it off as their own in this comment thread. (It's the paragraph beginning with "If Dean had to choose just one word to describe his relationship with Cas, it would be 'momentum'.") I don't know if it's limited to just that or if my writing is appearing elsewhere. Maybe one paragraph isn't a big deal, but as far as I'm concerned, if someone is willing to copy even that much of another person's work and pass it off as their own, they've probably done it again to other people, or will do it again. Just like stealing in RL.
So if you notice anything elsewhere that doesn't appear on this journal or under my name, but that you think might be my writing, please let me know, yeah? I don't really know how to handle this beyond leaving a message for the person to take the stuff down, which I've already done. Can someone be reported to admin for plagiarizing a work of fiction that's kind of already in copyright violation to begin with? :P
