So, I guess it's irrelevent to say that I'm new on this site and have little or absolutely no idea what's going on, but I like the fact that questions are asked mostly everyday or so to spur others to writing. I think I need that a whole lot.
I've been trying to write at least 200 words a day, and before this week, I was doing fairly well in that

Planning is good and probably necessary, but you don't need to have everything little thing planned out. If you have the main jist of where you are going that is enough to write. As I see it, the plan is there to let you know how far you've gotten along the story, because once you start writing everyday you'll end up with a more detailed plan of what you intend to do next.
Regarding writing scenes out of order, don't worry about that. I have a file full of scenes that I've already written for a later point in the novel. And I have just dropped in pre-written scenes whole once I got to that point. If you have a plan and you know your characters its easy to write scenes out of order. If you feel inspired to write that great scene that you've not gotten to yet, write it, because by the time you get to writing it you'll be bored of that scene and won't do it justice.
Another bit of advice I was given that I found useful: 'It takes two weeks to form a habit'. So if you are trying to do something everyday it will take you two weeks to get into the swing of it. And I found it took me about a week to get into the swing of writing my novel and about two weeks to get comfortable with the story. Until that point, it was hard and after that point it was much easier. So I wouldn't worry about not having a perfect laid out plan about how to get your novel to where you want it to go, just try and get into the habit of writing and give it two weeks of you working everyday then see how you feel about it.
Hope that helps.
