SUPER BOWL XL - Seahawks Victory in their First Appearance EVER!
omg, yesterday was the best day of my life! second to my daughter's birth and my own, but yes, it was up there!
kk and i went to dakota's first b-day party after dropping brett off at home and we had a great time! well, as much fun as you can at a 1st b-day! we did cake and ice cream and presents and then the older kids got to do a pinata, it was a lot of fun. it was nice to see everyone! plus, i got to be in charge of pics and you know how much i love that :)
i dropped kk off at her grandparents house (she loathes footbal!)then i got home and we had all kinds of people there, so i started drinking and eating pizza :) my athena and nick's bro tom kept calling us from the game and we'd put it on speakerphone so we could hear the crowd down at qwest field! then we're all drunk and stuff so i go look up sports bars in NC and we start calling all these places yellin "go hawks" and "you ain't goin to the superbowl" and all kinds of shit and it was prolly more fulfilling than anything i can think of right now. it was just awesome.
i'm completely in shock right now :) i know we can't go to the superbowl (me & nick, physically) but we've already decided that we're taking that monday off afterwards. i'm a lil hung today. but shoot, that's what you've gotta do, if you're a true hawks fan :)
plus, we put our deposit on next seasons tickets anyways. hello seahawks and hawks season ticket holders! we'll only have to go like 1 month between seasons. more football for us!
