I think all the TORN fangirls wept with happiness to see how giddy Ohkura looked when he found out that he had a mutual match with Ryo. Honestly, if one of them were a girl, they'd be a good couple just because of how they fulfill each other's needs.
Uh... yeah, Hina's very Japanese in the fact that he really doesn't seem to value women like Western people tend to do. It's why he always says that he wants a woman who's like the innkeeper of a traditional-style hotel (ryokan) because he probably thinks that a woman's place is in the kitchen.
Ryo's creepy eyes are just too funny. I'm on the fence about whether or not Subaru knew what he was getting himself into when he asked, "Who wants me?" I'm sure he thought it would be the easiest way to appeal to them without basically degrading himself by listing all the things he'd do for the group (also, I think he knows that he'd never offer to do anything and nobody would ever demand things from him because that's just not how they work).
Glad you enjoyed the summary! I would have done the BBQ one, too, but it was so long and I honestly was bored for half of it.
