It's been a hell of a rollercoaster
Heres my extremly busy but fun weekend:
Friday- This night was insane. On my way home by sister points out that I spelt Miranda's last name wrong. So that meant that I needed to fix the video and reburn the CD and make a new label. The only problem was that I've never burned a cd on my new MAC and I wasn't sure if my dad still had his label maker. And I was a bit stressed cause I made plans with friends and there was so much traffic going home that I couldn't fix it right then. And Yousi's parents went over to her house to pick it up that night. It was not good!!
I went home and dropped of Roxy, touched up my makeup and headed over to Roberts house. I picked him up and then we went to Target to get Josh a video game for his bday. We then met up with Heather, Angel, Cindy, and Aaron at California Pizza Kitchen for dinner. I ordered the best bread with the best tomato, olive oil, and vinegar sauce to dip it in. After dinner Heather, Angel, Robert, and I went to the movies to see The Bounty Hunter. It was cute and had its funny moments. I got home around 12:30, worked on fixing that video and was in bed by 2. I'm pretty proud of myself, I learned how to use a new burning software I've never used and installed the label maker and made a cool one, plus made the fixes to the video in about an hour :)
Saturday- Kicked my butt. Woke up at 8:00/8:30 and made it to Adam's game a little before 9. The game was insane, coaches going crazy, the ump getting mad. It was a hell of a game, but my cousins team lost 9-8, such a close game!! From there I went with my parents to the tile store to look for tile for our house. Then we went to lunch and then to the puppy store. So cute, I want another puppy so bad!! They had the cutest Yorkies, Chugs, Pomeranians. Then we went home to change, got some chairs and headed to Miles game at 12:30. So between Miles game and Josh game at 3, I was in the sun from 12:30-5:15...I got so burnt. But it's turned into a really nice tan so thats good with me. Miles was so cute, he hit another home run! Josh's team won their game also. It was a fun day in the sun, with the family. After the game we went home to shower and change! We went to the bowling alley for Josh birthday, then the parentals wanted to go to Norms for dinner cause they couldnt eat the pizza. We ended up not going back to the house party because we were soo exhausted. Josh liked my gift tho :) I just spent the rest of the night in bed catching up on Y & R :)
Sunday- Went to church with Robert. Yesterday was Palm Sunday and they dedicated 40 minutes to worship which was really awesome. We were singing and clapping and having so much fun praising. The last message the pastor gave about letting go of pride and just loving people the way Jesus loves us really got to Robert and I. We've been having a lot of problems in our relationship but I think we both believe that things will get better and thats why we are holding on to each other and our relationship. Yesterday really helped reassure us. After church, we went looking at the houses in Whittier, mostly Whittier Hills and Whittier Narrows. We saw some pretty awesome houses. From there we went to Pasta Bravo for lunch and then to the puppy store again. I wanted to show him the chugs I liked, but then I spoted these little tea cup chihuahua's. They are only supposed to get to 5lbs. Crazy, it fit in one of my hands, and I've got little hands. It was so cute, I should have brought it home!! Then we went back to my house and hung out all day.
We played video games, talked, watched THE HURT LOCKER (I didnt like it very much). It was a good day just to spend some time together.
So that was my weekend, didn't get any of Clarissa's video done which is not good. I need to get on that as soon as possible!! I want to turn it in to her by April 20th..so I've got to get on that. Especially since I'm going to be busy the weekend of the 16th-18th. Uh oh..I gotta work on it!
