I don't care whether you believe me, but it's not a joke. Not long ago I appeared here just as you did, without recollection of anything that happened to me in the past. It's vexing business, but nobody's been able to figure it out.

Good question. Seventy? Eighty? I've never tried to count. Most of us live in what are called the Ari Apartments, and there's a list of the people who live there. Using that, you could get a good estimate. You should head over there anyway, because that's where you'll be living for awhile.

A prison is exactly what it is. People have tried to escape, but they've failed in every attempt. The only way to leave is to disappear in the same way you appeared, but it's not something you can choose to do.
