(no subject)
Yea... whew... college is really exhausting. Its not really more work than highschool with IB, but for some reason, even with 7 full hours of sleep per night instead of 4, I'm more tired. Its really really odd. I think ill blame it on the fact that I hafta walk everywhere.. yea i know whine whine... silly carey. hahaha but oh well. definately should not be wasting time writing in LJ, but since i'm probably going to fail out of school anyways and have to go to medical school in Puerto Rico or mexico... or worse yet... in CANADIA!!!! dun dun dun.... hahah just kidding... about the canada thing.... anyways... my back up plan for failing out... oh i don't remember... i think it had something to do with me and amy and either being bums or bumming of someone with money or something like that... OOOOOOO!!!! maybe ill go freeload off Lisa when she's making big $$$ as a computer science major... hmmmm.... yes... this is sounding promising. Or... I could take amy's dad's advice and do that whole ship all the blonde girls off to thailand, find a guy, and then ship all the thai girls here for the us dudes. I could make nice $$ doing that... except i really have no idea how the federal government would feel about that... hmmm.... probably not so favorable huh? Well... im taking core, writing 50 (medical naratives), intro bio and intro chem this semestre... think im in a little over my head... hold the little, since well i just remembered that A. I'm not really that good at bio... B. I've never taken chem before in my life... C. I am a horrible writer and I hate writing... and finally D. I hated core... I don't like boring discussions and I really don't like doing tons of reading for a 50 min discussion that goes NO WHERE@!!!! (aka CORE). Very stinky. Love it here... love my roomies... love not living at home... love the cali weather... (oh by the way for the past week its been like mornings in vancouver in early spring and afternoons in vancouver in late fall... freaking weird weather...) even though I have to wear a coat all day because my dorm room is airconditioned and all the class rooms are freeeeeeeeeeeeezing frin the AC.... hmmm....
You know what's also sad??? I've gone out, I've partied, I've danced, I've drunk... but im just not really feeling it.... not offense to them but the boys at Harvey Mudd... well... they're exactly like their stereotype... very smart... very nerdy and rather ugly, at CMC they're all HUGE partiers... sports players and generally assholes who only want to get you drunk and get in your pants, the kids from pitzer don't have parties... probably because they're way to high... all the time... there is a reason why pitzer is considered a reefer school (Rose, if you're reading this reefer means they smoke marijuana all the time)... and the kids from pomona are pretty damn stuck up... with good reason perhaps, but still!!! So yea... oh and in case you forgot... my school rather conviniently has NO BOYS!!! Now don't get me wrong... I love Scripps... but really now... I miss having guy friends.... Maybe ill have better luck when/IF i go abroad junior year.... hmmm... oh well... ::sigh:: OK...
