lately i've been watching Crossing Jordan. it's a medical/crime drama series and it's proving slightly addictive (=
tonight's episode focused on 2 seperate crimes, one of which i was intrigued by: distributing heroin via thick woollen sweaters. yup, bond the white powder to the threads and pass it off as luggage. brilliant or what? careful you don't get greedy and oversaturate the clothing, because all it takes is the suitcase accidentally falling open, one brief skin to wool contact and the poor person will die from an OD. scary.
just where do these writers get their ideas from anyway and is the above even possible? quite a few chemical names and technical terms were thrown around making it sound legit but i wonder..
