(no subject)
so today was one of those horrible days where everything seems to be going wrong.
jonathan and erin steenblik got in a wreck last night, and jonathan's lung collapsed. erin's back at home, she is badly scraped up, but no internal injuries. jonathan's still in the hospital, but he's doing okay.
tasha had some horrible family problems, and so that left her bawling right after choir, when we were trying to figure out what to do with the play.
the whole day was pretty much down because of those two things...
but, we did go visit jonathan after tennis, and he was so cute. he was sitting in his chair, doing his homework, with a big grin on his face. he's the same old guy, and it was really relieving to see that. i still dont understand why it happened to him, though...but they're so so so lucky that nothing worse happened. the kid is amazing, he was talking about coming to play practice on saturday night, and they have to tell him to rest up. he does not wanna give up opening the show on wednesday.
it was a definite reality check today. woah, those are scary.
then i came home and got a nice lecture. those are always fun, too.
