regaining my healthy body

I guess whatever I’m experiencing, energy wise, is normal for my age.

I’m trying to do all the right things. I’m giving up ice cream chips, cookies of all sorts, cheese, and pizza and Pogos.

What I’m really doing, is getting rid of things that is milk related, or junk food, or baking, that to my no sugar, no rice, no wheat, no salt, no dairy.

This is what I have been eating for the last few years and I was in good shape. If I have pain, it is likely related to one of these food groups at least, that’s the way it’s always been up until now. Why would things have suddenly changed.

So if I do these things, I don’t need my medication. Maybe it’s time to just accept that I have little energy anymore, and I can go for walks as I can, and do light lifting, keep away from deep bending,

My medication has too many side effects; it causes food cravings, and can make me very tired. it also messes with my memory and my enjoyment of life.

I’m going to ask my doctor if I can go see a psychiatrist. Maybe I can get diagnosed properly, and then deal with whatever it is.

I need to be happy. I need to be healthy. I need to not have knee pain, hip pain, back pain, etc.

So this is day one without those things. But what I can have, is fruits and vegetables and meat.

The Mountain Dew seems to cut down on my food cravings. I don’t seem to wanna eat so that’s a good thing. So maybe I’ll keep up the Mountain Dew While I get off this other stuff. However, Mountain Dew has some artificial sweetener. They usually caused you to crave sugars. So I’ll have to be aware of that.

I’ve been trying to go for a walk every day. Sometimes I just drive to the location and walk a little bit from there. Sometimes I walk all the way from the house .

Sometimes I really need to use my walker all the time. I want all this to go away, and be able to be healthy again, and lose this 40 pounds that I have put back on that must be slowing me down even further I’ll have to accept having deep wrinkles again.

meds, exercises, healthy body
