Moving gardening stuff up to the big room
It is an absolutely gorgeous day today! It was supposed to be cloudy but it’s sunny. And having been so successful at removing ice from two sides of the house, and snow and having a beautiful deck to swing on and a walker to put my feet on so that I can rock back-and-forth.
I have been moving things up to the big room since Alida has moved out. I moved my big long dining room table that I was going to sell up and put the legs on yesterday. I mean on Saturday.
Willem helped me take the frame of the countertop up today. I put some water on the peat pellets in the tray and put some of the birch seeds that had fallen on the deck, into there.
There were some other seats I was going to plant that I have now lost. Bummer. In all this moving back-and-forth and upstairs, I’ve missed it all up.
Willem and I are going to go for our walk while it cools down enough to drink it.
However, if we go down and drink it later, I may end up down there at the Marshwoods trying to find the exit water and trench it a little bit back to where it pools near the dam. There are trees down all over the woods, which has messed with the flow of the tributaries.
