I am quite perplexed by the amount of pain my low back has been in for the past three weeks.
It's just dreadful. If I dont use the walker for a second I pay for it! I am in pain in my chairs, and I walk. I use my walker and go around the house repeatedly.
I wonder if my pain comes from the pelvic tilt exercises i do when I'm sitting. I just tick my tail a bit and sit on my sitting bones to balance my back.
I read the MRI for my back last evening. I have three bulging disks that I know about.
But everyone has some terrible body problem as they age. Thank heavens the ones that don't, help those that do! It certainly is a wonderful thing!
There are many that don't realize how difficult things are for me because when I don't hurt I just do things myself. I have become accostomed to people offering to assist me. I'm so grateful because I really need it. I'm trying to do things for myself as much as possible.
I've been taking yoga for the past three weeks. Has that given me such problems? I don't know! Sure is frustrating!
