After 8 weeks since surgery they no longer provide it.
I need to go to the local ones for my TMJ.

It was so nice and pleasant moving.
Very lovely feeling there while moving, getting in touch with my body. I enjoyed the physiotherapist who came to see me at 8am yesterday. I showed her how I can move and do the stairs. She said I was doing excellently! I'm so glad. So I am discharged. She changed some of my exercises that are too difficult. I forget what they are now. Oops. I enjoyed her visit. She added one. I am wracking my brain to remember what it was!

it took me a long time to get home cos I just wanted to drive through the beautiful trees the long way home.

Cat had told me about it. It was a. very free form of flowing dancing. I stood with my walker a lot, then sat and all the while danced.
One girl Megan used a hooks hoop to dance with. It's incredible to watch her move!
