I left for Ottawa early to avoid rush hour traffic. The sun was just rising. Heavy frost was on the leaves of the pond garden.









Here is the willow I harvested with Willem the other day. I'm amazed and pleased with how much willow I have growing by the pond now.

I did such a good job planting it everywhere, the pond labyrinth, the edge of the pond, along the lane by the tipi, all around. Now I need to make a basket!
