I had a lovely day. I started by walking down to the pond, observing the colours and the fog rising, then I walked back up and dragged some of the nylon fabric down to fix up the triaqua trail to Iceberg pond.
All the trees had been cut down by the beavers, exept one at the head of my hammock. Darn. I discovered their winter food supply and the summer odge. I wonder if there is a summer odge and a bank lodge as well, where the pile of submerged poplars are.
I walked around the pond, then back on the clothwalk trail to Fiddlehead pond and up to the house. No pain! It was wonderful.
