I got up early and went back to bed when I kept falling asleep as I wrote and added photos to the lists of daylilies that I have planted.
I went to Canadian tire for some rubber gloves that shouldn't break while I dig and plant and tear apart daylilies.
I stopped at the market in town and signed the petition about the bill being snuck through parliament making it illegal for farmers to save their seeds.
I stopped at the grocery store for Willem on the way back and bought bread and peanut butter for him and oranges for me and herring for Willem, too.
I talked to Vanessa on the way home. She's such a good friend!
At home Alida had just gotten Desmond to sleep at 8:45 am for his morning nap. He didn't sleep or nap well yesterday.
I took the listening device and with my new heavy duty rubber gloves on, I moved the spirit world daylilies
to the ring around Everfar Labyrinth, removing the grass to make room for them. Since they are so dark, I think I will intermingle the Rime Ice
with them to have a nice contrast.
I also dug holes for posts to delineate the lower beds of the garden. It's in an area where the beds keep changing because the gaillardia drops its seeds in the pathways.
I came in, cleaned up, gave the monitor to Willem and made a video of the lower garden beds and posts.
I had gotten these long cut offs of field posts for $5 a carful yesterday! So I had put them in each of the holes Abe dug for me yesterday. I had put some in today's holes, too.
I went to the dump with a large bag of garbage and came home with a bag of baby clothes that had been saved for me, 6-9 month sizes including some diapers.
The swing batteries had nearly stopped, so I exchanged them with the ones in the recharger.
Desmond 5 mo old, is still asleep. He's been asleep for three hours now! Wonderful! If he sleeps during the day, he'll also sleep at night, Alida says.
Chantal dropped Abe off. He's on the couch asleep now.
It has been raining all morning, but now the sun is coming out! Yippee! It looks so nice now. Perhaps I'll be able to take the baby outside when he gets up.
