Swam at Lake Chapman
I got up at 7:30 or so. I wanted to go swimming in the lake before Mom got up near noon. So I went to Sandy Creek Park to the beach. Only $2 to get in.
A lady on the beach said the water was cold, but it didn't sting me or bite, so it was fine! It was a nice temperature, actually. No wetsuit needed. I had asked her how the water was. "Cold. It probably needs a week or two before it feels like bath water." LOL. Needless to say, it was great. I never felt chilled at all. Good thing.
I stayed about an hour or so. Families were beginning to arrive with kids of all ages. Interesting. So glad I went.
I watched a family of squirrels chasing one another and filmed it with my zoomy camera.
