Swimming with Maryjane
We went swimming in the pond. Maryjane was just too hot to do another lick of work, so we went to the pond. It was cold, but I just dove in and was fine and happy. I filmed my little frogs under the water again.
I did a few laps before Maryjane said "Okay, girl, time to go work on the kitchen." I didn't want to. Luckily she was content to lie and sunbathe.
I did another lap but my foot on one foot and my calf on the other cramped up. So I got out. I was pretty immobile. Maryjane told me to go count the frogs, so after getting dry and changing, off I went, a chair for support.
I think I counted 72 frogs today, plus blue heron footprints. Grrrr.
We lay in the sun figuring out the next move in the kitchen. Maryjane wants to use my island for overhead cupboards. I'm not sure about that! I like my island. But she's always right about stuff like that,s o she's probably right again. Grrrr.
