going to Ottawa today

It's very humid this morning. Willem came in to say goodbye at 7:20 this morning. Maybe it was a bit earlier. I had forgotten i was going into Ottawa today. I haave several things I'm doing. I have to go to the walk-in clinic where I can see a different doctor and get a requisition for these three blood tests. I'm also going to renew my health card. I'm going to see Ben and go see Daniel. Perhaps in reverse order.
I am quite tired. I had pain in my leg again, but nowhere near as severe as usual. I brought my walker along just in case \i need it. \I also brought a gourd and paints along so I can enjoy some activity. I forgot my camera. I haven't been making many videos lately. I'm so far behind in uploading.
