mending pottery, replacing hammock straps, laundry

Aug 17, 2011 11:05

I brought in the last soap tray, so four of them are on the chairs now. I hung out the laundry. I love standing on the porch, looking for the thickest item in the basket and hanging it on the line.

I replaced the strings for the hammock in the shelter. One day I'll be calling it the arbour, the grape arbour.

I glued the round butter dish back together as well as the bowl I made at Joanne's and which she trimmed, glazed and fired. It fell the other day when I was away and the riim had some missing bits. I also glued the Thyme sign back together.

How about inlaying the pottery signs in wood, framing them, sorta. I wonder how that would work with my router. I need to put my router table outside on another table. I also need to do my compound miter sawing on a table outside.
