Cleaning up
I've been doing laundry and putting it out on the clothesline, including all the wet towels and comforter from the floor situation. All that was moved into the woodshed and onto the porch and into the living room has new homes now.
I've even been sorting out the greenhouse, getting Alida's stuff out to take over to her later. All the stuff in the woodshed is now cleaned up and thrown out, laundered or put away.
I emptied out Willem's car before he left for work this morning, including taking my kayak off.
I've aired out the house and shut it up from the heat of the day. I've even planted a plant.
The raccoons got into the honey and the bag of sunflower seeds.
It is so good to be home today! I can work on the yard and all the messes I've made. Sure looks like a hoarder lives here!
I trimmed the maple branches that make it too close in Maple Cove. I've trimmed the branches that are hanging down on the porch deck.
I've been getting things that hold water away so the mosquitoes can't be here. They come up through the floor of the deck, so I'm going to put down the old carpeting so I can sit out there.
