I went back to bed, slept while Willem went to the dump. I made bacon eggs and onions for breakfast. Abey's bread was done just in time, too.
He appreciated my cooking. I need more light in the kitchen, though. I'm going to have to put that on my list of things to do.
I'm also working on bobbin lace, so I'll need to get out the first pattern and prick it and read the book about how to do it all properly. I do it already, but I need to relearn it to be sure.
I'm also working on an antler basket. I need to take the bulrushes outside to get wet.
I'm also working on the perennial slope. I am going to move several more lilacs to the area and propagate some forsythia to go in there, too. I'm going to cover the gazebo floor with thyme, which I will plug through a layer of albany cloth. I think.
I'm also working on Everfar Labyrinth. I will dig up more of the area and plant more rows of thyme this year. Last year's effort looks wonderful!
I am working on the periwinkle overshot on the loom at Mera. I must get over there and make some more progress on it!
I am working on the redwork tablecloth. It's been on hold for awhile, though.
I am also working on a pair of socks on a round needle. I think my needle needed to be a lot longer.
So those are my projects. Other things of interest happening are the stealth camera taking photos of the beaver area in the marshwoods, the birdcam which hasn't taken any photos of the bluebird house yet, making videos and uploading them.
I'm also learning how to carve. Barb offered to give me a carving lesson over there.
Selling soap at the market starts next saturday. I don't know if I'm ready for it. I'll have to go through my supplies and see what I have. Perhaps I have to make soap this week. I'd like to try something outrageous like all those soapers do online.
Well, I'm going to go watch a bobbin lacemaking video if I can find one.
