slept after crabbing still feel bad

I felt really bad today. I was okay while we were crabbing, but then I went to sit down in the shade. On the way home I had to lie down when we were in McDonald’s. I was very glad to be able to sit in the back seat and lie down like that.
I went in M’s house and went right to bed till about five when she came home. I went back to bed around 7:30 when I felt really icky,
