A few minutes at the river

Mom is still out with her friends for lunch. I hope they have a lovely time. I thought I'd go down to the river, but I may have waited too long! I brought a chair down to the river so I can sit somewhere quite comfortable down here.
I am sitting in the breeze by the river now. The river moving along is lovely. It’s such a relaxing thing to sit down here. I am so blessed to be here now. It’s like beinmg at home at the stream, but this river is so much bigger and moves fast. I guess it’s moving about the same speed as the stream, but it has those boiling up area alongside the edge and in the current.
The sun is so warm on me now. It’s just lovely.
The river is opaque, but it’s yellowish green today. There is a lot that I don’t know about this river. I don’t know what makes it boiuil and churn liike that. I don’t know what the river bottom is shaped like. I do know it’s deep over here near the edge, but I do’t know how deep it is in the middle anymore. I used to get down into it. I’m amazed that I could do that, as the bank is quite high up from the river.
Oops, I hear a sound up at the house. It could be mom is home now. I’d better go up and see!
