Surrounded by family and their friends
I love having the family home. Willem picked up Daniel in Ottawa earlier after work. Willem's got a bad cough, so he's taken the day off work today. It was nice to have him around when I needed help pushing the piano or bringing the files inside or taking the garbage containers to the dump.
It's so nice to have a house full of teenage boys. They are such great kids, so upstanding. I'm so pleased Abey had his party today.
They're playing in the dark outside. I put on the coloured lights on the shelter and in the glass tipi and on the greenhouse veranda.
Daniel is in the living room with me, playing the guitar along with some music on his computer. He's really good at it. He likes any challenge in music! This is his latest challenge. He's certainly getting a lot of mileage out of his electric guitar.
