Oh my aching body!

I love this couch. It has an excellent straight back which supports my lower back and doesn’t push my shoulders forward. The couch up in our bedroom is not shaped right for my back. Because it reclines, it has the shape to make you roll up into a ball. I like it sometimes, but have to sit on a big cushion on top of it and have a pillow beneath my back.

It’s much better to be down here and put my feet up on the coffee table and work with my laptop on my lap.

The stars were out last night. I had a hard time sleeping because my frozen shoulder has been deteriorating since I stopped going to physiotherapy.

I haven’t been doing my proper exercises either. So now when my shoulders curl forward, I have a bad pain in the tip of my elbow. Kathy can make it go away when she adjusts my back.

But when I lie on my side, my shoulder rolls forward. The only way to keep it back is to push my arm back so my elbow is behind me somewhat. I can’t keep that up while I’m sleeping, though.

The other option is to lie on my back which hurts my lower back.

Watching my video yesterday to label them, I saw how difficult it was for me to stand up from the hide on the ground. I’m really in stiff shape. It’s time I started doing Pilates. I have to find the cd that my sister sent me. I liked doing it with her when she was here.

Dee goes to yoga. Perhaps that would help me. I can’t do forward bends, though, as that is what destroys my lower back. I am really amazed at how bad my back is just from standing up yesterday and working at putting labels around my soaps. I never sat down while I worked, which I should have done.

I took two tylenol 3's this morning with my pill cocktail.

arm, healthy body
