picked up Alida, bank and spa place in town

I headed off to do some errands on the way to Lisa’s. I went to the bank and deposited the money for the laptop, as well as the money for Willem’s birthday.
I went to Graham’s to look for Alida, then over to Pat’s where I found her. She had just phoned to see about getting a ride home. I felt inspired to stop by and check on her and see how she was faring.
She was incredibly happy to see me. She wanted to come along with me on my many errands.
We went to the spa place to find out the cost and how it works for prescriptions for full body massages. She said it costs $70 for an hour. That’s incredibly low compared to Hawaii, Jordan, Switzerland, Tampa, Manitowabing, Vancouver or Cyprus where I had, respectively, a coffee scrub, a dead sea mud body mask and a Turkish bath, a facial, a full body massage, an algae wrap, another facial and a thalassotherapy treatment.
Anyway, it reminded me of those places, being in this one. Anyway, I can get two full body massages weekly for three months, according to the prescription.
I'd like to start doing that in September, but my back is so tight right now, probably from all the roofing I’m doing. My knees were also quite bad today.
They suggested I send the prescription in to the insurance and they’d let me know how much they’ll cover for it.
