Why I Should Not Have Come Back to This Building

Because today, when I walked in, the head of Year Course was walking out.
He asked when I was leaving the country (we had already been over the whole "I'm not making Aliyah and I'm not coming back to work for you" thing yesterday).
I said "Saturday."
He said, "What's your phone number?"
I asked what for.
He said, "I may need you to stay and help save the Jewish People."

Look!  Up in the sky!  It's a bird!  It's a plane!  No, it's SUPERJEW!

Apparently he wants me to stay and work for the next 2 and a half months, just until the end of the Year Course year.  He appointed someone else to ask me if I would think about it.  I gave him my phone number.  If he calls me before I leave the country and he makes me a real offer, I will consider it.  I will consider it, and then I will say no.

It's just not healthy for me to work for Year Course.

Still, seeing the people I worked with last year, the people who were the closest I got to friends in an extremely lonely 10 months.  That part has been very nice.
