Getting out more
I went to at least two events in Portland in December where someone was taking pictures.
Photo 1. Delivering "my" talk on curling at Presentation Karaoke.
Photo 2. Attending the holiday Open House at the All Classical radio station.
#2 I copied from a set from the radio folks (that requires a FaceBook login). If you didn't see my post on FaceBook, I said:
The radio engineer was standing alone by his racks, but I got him started by asking a couple of questions (I'm good at sounding like I know more than I do: "mirror the drive?" "CDDB?"). I like geeks, as had been made supremely obvious by my life.
